This is a copy of MAE 3.0.2 for Solaris I found on some FTP hosting mirror of old Sun files. All files that were in that directory are here; screenshot is original too.
Macintosh Application Environment (MAE) is a program created by Apple to allow Macintosh programs to run on Unix hosts. Think of it like SoftWindows but for a Mac.
This version is 3.0.4 which was the very last version released, compatible with System 7.5.3. This particular archive includes the installers for Solaris (tested on 7 and 8), HP-UX 9 and HP-UX 10 (both untested - need to get on that).
Do note that this is a flexlm program and as such you will need to track down or crack a flexlm license.

The first download is a MacZip'd toast image of the MacOS 8.5 CD, as sold in the UK. The disc contains a UK version and an International version.
The second download is a MacZip'd toast image of the MacOS 8.6 Update CD, again as sold in the UK. This disc also contains a UK version and an International version.
To perform a clean install of MacOS 8.6, you will first need to install 8.5 and then upgrade to 8.6. I don't think I've ever seen a straight "MacOS 8.6" installer.
Should install on anything from a Macintosh 6100 through to early G3s, including early iMacs with an additional system enabler.
Several features do not work in SheepShaver but do in Mac OS 9 such as Mac OS Help.

System software discs suitable for the final generation of PowerBook G4 Titanium, with 867 MHz or 1 GHz CPUs, produced beginning in late 2002. They have the codename “Antimony” and are identifiable by having DVI ports, model number A1025, model ID PowerBook3,5 and Apple order number M8858LL/A (867 MHz) and M8859LL/A (1 GHz).

Open Transport provides the classic Mac OS with a modern TCP/IP implementation. It replaced MacTCP.
It was recommended by Apple that you should use system software version 7.5.3, 7.5.5 or later with Open Transport, although they stated that earlier system software versions 7.1, 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 releases are also compatible.
Open Transport v1.1.1 is installed by default with Mac OS 7.6
The v1.1.1 install set in this archive is not required if you have installed Mac OS 7.6, or later versions of the Macintosh OS.

These are two distinct floppies that both contain the same version of an Ethernet Driver for the Apple Macintosh.
Both disks have exactly the same content but I still uploaded both because I think they are probably broken (the KryoFlux log files reported multiple errors and the resulting image files look very empty).
Maybe some usable data can be salvaged from them.
