The Apple Student Resource Set was a CD-ROM bundled with Apple Macintosh computers in summer 1994 for the new school year. It contained a number of multimedia demonstrations from the Voyager Company and periodical CD-ROM publishers at the time, including a year's worth of free preview editions of Inside Mac Games from 1993 (the year it was first published).

StuffIt archive of four Disk Copy 4.2 floppy images. These are the disks that came with the original StyleWriter ink jet printer.

Compatibility: 

Read Me on first floppy states that the software requires System 6.0.7 or higher. Basically these disks are for 680x0 Macs connecting to an original StyleWriter. I imagine Power Macs would need, or should have, a later version.

I know I used the StyleWriter on System 7, but I have no idea if this specific version will work on Mac OS 8 or 9.

This is the elusive MAC OSX 10.4.0 Tiger For PPC G3's. CD Version

Apple didn't want Tiger to be installed on G3 machines because the G3 doesn’t have Altivec, however some G4's don't have it either and Tiger will install on those machines.
Therefore I created this CD set for my own personal use, for my collection of G3 iBooks by removing all the “bad machines” in the system installers blacklist.
Theoretically this should install on any PPC Mac, but I have only tested it on iBook G3's from 300Mhz Clamshells to a 2003 900Mhz PPC750 G3 White 12.3 iBook, picture enclosed.

It is possible to install Mac OS 8.1 onto a Mac IIfx and I have done so (it involved ResEdit).
The file above is a stuffed (v4) copy of my bootable Mac OS 8.1 volume.

I'd be happy if someone else would try to see if they can use it on their IIfx. Indeed, it may even work on other 68030 Macs. This I haven't tried yet. Mac OS 8.1 needs at least 16 MB RAM.

My IIfx doen't feel that much slower (in comparison to System 7.1) and I installed it so that I could access the HFS+ volumes on my B&W G3.

These are the Original System Software 7.1 disks for the Macintosh Quadra 605. Shipped in October 1993, the Quadra 605 came in a sleek (LC form factor) "pizza box" case. It had a "low cost" 68LC040 CPU and 4MB RAM on board (expandable to 36MB RAM). The Quadra 605's production discontinued in October 1994, replaced by the then new early PPC models.

[Top DL]: 1.4MB disk images in .dsk format in a .rar archive, can be renamed to .img if necessary. I recommend HFVExplorer or Apple Disk Copy to put these on actual disks.

The Install Me First and Disk Tools disks contain System Enabler 065

CoplandD9_CD_PCImage.iso was made by initially making a raw image of the physical disc on a Mac OS X machine via the command line, then processing it on a PC with ISOBuster (Raw2User).

The resultant processed ISO image mounts in Toast 4.1.3 on a 500MHz Power Mac G4 Sawtooth running Mac OS 8.6.

Image is squeaky clean, the software works, installs, and runs!

To the best of my knowledge, this is the only known build of Copland in which the facility to change the desktop picture exists.
