This installer includes Apple’s complete font tool suite and three command-line
utilities for developing keyboards on Mac OS X: klcompiler, klkchrtoxml, and
kluchrtoxml. klcompiler compiles XML-style keyboard layouts and lets you find
errors in them before they are installed. klchrtoxml and kluchrtoxml convert old
keyboard resources to XML.
