ConnectTest is a diagnostic tool provided to Apple dealers or large companies or universities to test the Apple Data Modem 2400 (an external 2400 baud modem) and the Portable Data Modem 2400 (an internal modem for the Macintosh Portable). Version 1.1 has tests for the XP 2400 modem, which was an internal modem for the Macintosh Portable sold in Europe.
