AHT v2.0.2 for PowerMac did not come on a CD nor as a download, it was encrypted and hidden on a 3GB DVD, but this small download has extracted it for you. I realize there is another page here for "Apple Hardware Test CDs" but like I already said, this did not ship on a CD and therefore merits having its own page, consciously refraining from holding any huge DVD files.
1st download is an unmodified extraction for G4 MDD-2003 and 2004, and might have G5 applications too.
Compatibility:
This is a Firmware program which interprets the 'C' language.
AHT itself is C source code.
Choices for 'architecture' do not apply to AHT.
