This is the German localized SSW 7.5.3 taken from DVD 1 of the Apple Anthology ´99.
The software was available for decades free from Apple, but the servers which have been offering it are down meanwhile for a few years.

Please note that CD images from the Apple Anthology are usually not bootable.
As you can see at pict two there is merely the installer but no active System folder.
The installation on a blank volume however results in a bootable volume - see pict three.
